I have mentioned this before; but if you are in musical theater, you should have some “go-to” songs for auditions. I am not a fan of learning something new for an audition piece. You’ll have enough to worry about without having to pull a new song out of your anxiety-stricken brain. Go with something tried…
I know some of you are die hard real book fans; but I have to tell you, it’s time to start thinking about a Kindle. I LOVE my Kindle. (Not literally, that would smear up the screen.) Right now, I have more books loaded into my Kindle than I will ever be able to read…
Giulia Pintus is an Italian artist/illustrator who is known for her whimsical style. I, of course, enjoy it most when she applies that whimsy in depicting fat bodies. While not a fat person herself, Pintus compares her love of the characters she draws to the difference between buying vegetables at the supermarket (everything is all…
There are several special paintings/prints from my childhood which fascinated me. I possess three of them. First, is a painting/print (I think it’s a fake oil) from my Grandma’s house that used to hang in the living room. I really should take a photo of it; but for now, since it’s not hanging, let me…
Every time some ass hat gets caught doing something horrible and is called out publicly on it, the first thing they say is “But that’s not who I am.” BULL FUCKING SHIT. Yes, that is who you are and we have the video to prove it. How many purely crappy, fucked up shit, did you…

The show does not allow the contestants to have contact with family and friends during taping anyway … so just tighten up that isolation and create…
I am the Aunt Terri of my family. I have never had children, and this has left me free to lead a reasonably interesting and unfettered life. I am old and fat. And there is very little that I truly give a fuck about; which makes it pretty damn hard to embarrass me. In my…

I was de-trimming the tree and putting all the ornaments in their new homes in plastic storage bins. Almost done. Then, I drop an ornament. (Of course I did) And it broke. (Of course it did) Fuck. And of course, it was a special ornament. One made by my mom (who is long deceased). Double…
If you have to ask, you are not paying attention. Talk to you tomorrow.
