RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 13.

I just watched episode 1 last night; and looking forward to catching up with episode 2. 

It is a good show for pandemic safety.  The show does not allow the contestants to have contact with family and friends during taping anyway … so just tighten up that isolation and create a in-show bubble! 

The judges are separated by plexiglass (and I hope they are also part of the bubble, but I don’t know that for sure). 

The first episode featured lots of shots of crew, all masked up, cleaning and keeping things safe. 

I have missed the creativity that is the hallmark of this show. 

Each competitor has to have so many talents.  Not only do they have to be a great performer, but they also have to be able to design and create their own wigs, makeup and costumes!  Holy fuck!  Who else has to do all of that? 

And the best of the best sing, dance, act, and are so fucking clever. 

What’s not to love?
