Here we are.  All in “lock down”.  Not much going on. And it’s possible it may be quite a while before there is much theater going on. So what are you going to do? Well, there are some performing opportunities. Record yourself performing and, if you like it, post it on YouTube. Here’s the perfect…

I had a post all written for today. But then something sad happened. My brother-in-law Wayne passed away last night. It was not unexpected.  It was not COVID-19.  He had been fighting cancer for some time, and then they found it in his liver. He had been terribly ill. So there is some sense of…

Obesity in COVID-19 patients under 60 a risk factor High prevalence of obesity in ventilation They don’t know why.…

My (half) brother, is named Charles. We was a squirrely little guy, and Charles was too formal for him.  Charlie was his Dad, and we hated Chuck. That is how he ended up being Chick. It suited him perfectly, and when he got older he came to hate that name! Tough titty – he will…

I have no problem that many fast food restaurants have had to simplify their menus due to COVID-19. I realize there are problems with the supply chains and availability issues. I applaud them for trying to find ways to stay open while keeping their customers and (more importantly) their employees safe.  (After all customers have…
