I haven’t baked since Thanksgiving – and that was just box-mix brownies.

I have been meaning to bake practically every day since, but simply didn’t.

But this weekend, the need to bake, the guilt about not baking (take your pick) finally got to be too much.

I made peanut butter blossom cookies.

Why peanut butter blossom cookies, you may well ask.  Because there was a TV commercial by Hershey’s that featured a little girl and her dad making peanut butter blossom cookies and I WANTED SOME!

So, yes, Hershey, you made a commercial that actually compelled me to make peanut butter blossom cookies.

I feel so manipulated.

On the other hand, now we have homemade cookies to eat!
