Here she is folks!  All set for Halloween.

My latest Dikke Dame (Fat Lady) doll.

A fat witch.

She is a lot like the one I made for my darling cousin Alice, but a little bit different.

No cape – instead, she has long sleeves, a frilly contrasting underskirt (purple petticoat with black frill) and trim on her bloomers!

Little boots and orange and green striped stockings.

Also, she has orange and black earrings.

I tried some different methods of assembling this doll which made the process a bit easier.  I can’t believe I am still learning new ways of making this doll.
