So, I’m still watching Supernatural (the series that never ends) – Season 6, Episode 16 “And Then There Were None”. 

If you care about spoilers, stop reading now.

Anyhow, in this episode, the Mother of All is using a literal mind worm to make hosts crazy and start killing people.  It’s a literal worm that climbs in and out of the host’s ear. 

There are no less than 5 (started with 6 but one died before they figured out about the worm) hunters trying to kill this thing as they are all locked in a cannery.  

Here’s the kicker, at no time, does anyone suggest stopping up their ears (with cotton, cloth, paper – anything that might keep a mind worm from sneaking into your brain through your ears). 

Um.   Hello?

It’s a good thing that Jared Padalecki is so cute or I’d be outta here.
