You know that thing where you misjudge where the corner of the wall is (or just how FAT of a fat old lady you are) as you walk by?
And then you end up scraping some sticky-out bit of yourself against that corner?
Well, I did that the other day.
It hurt like the blazes. Like I had taken a layer of skin off.
Of course, I did not take a layer of skin off. In fact, it was just a little reddish, which I found to be most unjust. Pain like that should show.
My body reconsidered just how much I had misjudged that corner (and my fat old lady body) and has registered it’s displeasure by producing a pretty good bruise.
So many times, I do something that hurts like the blazes but there is no physical evidence whatsoever.
Well, folks, this time, I have proof!
I present Exhibit A in my case that corner vs. my fat old lady arm was painful AF!
