Anyone else watch Broadchurch?
I just finished it, and holy crap, I love this show.
Yes, it is depressing and dark AF, but the writing and the acting is so wonderful.
And the scenery is spectacular.
It’s a show about regular people put into horrific circumstances, and it’s all heartbreakingly believable.
And the actors actually look like every day people – the older cast members are showing every single wrinkle and liver spot.
The second season is the most traumatic to watch; and the third season deals with rape, which some people may find triggering (because, again, while not graphic, it is realistic).
If you are in a mental space where you can deal with it, I really recommend Broadchurch.
Now, I’m thinking of watching Marianne, but I’m kind of intrigued by Fleabag.
Thoughts?
