Me: Goes on to remainder of info and books reservation.

Computer: Wait, you really want to check in later today!

Which means the 1 day free cancellation expired before the reservation was even made.

WTF!!!!!!!!!

Luckily, the clerk at the hotel was able to fix everything.

At least he said he did.

He also said he would send a confirmation e-mail.

Which hasn’t shown up yet.
