I binge watched the Amazon Original Series Fleabag (First Season).

Wow.

First, I have a question – Is it possible to have a successful UK series that doesn’t include, in some way, Olivia Colman?

She is wonderful.  But she is in fucking everything!

Where does she find the time?

Anyhow, back to Fleabag.

Every character is a gem.

It is, by turns, hilarious and heart breaking.

And, at its heart, it is realistic.

This is the pain and hilarity of real life – in all its stupidity and futility.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge is the wonderful lead, creator and writer of the series.

Talk about a triple-threat.

I am sure this show won’t appeal to everyone.

People who are offended by gratuitous sex and adult language should give this a hard pass.  But then, I’m assuming those folks garner their entertainment from Disney Plus.  (And that’s fine, to each their own.)

I’ll be over here at Amazon Prime getting ready to binge Season 2 of Fleabag!
