THIS FAT OLD LADY’S WHAT YOU DRINKING TUESDAY – TASTE OF HOME

When we first moved back to Michigan, I got my dear husband hooked on Diet Vernors.  For those few uninitiated out there – Vernors is Michigan’s version of ginger ale.  It’s delicious and the diet version is almost indistinguishable from regular.

Recently, I got a wild hair, and picked up some diet Faygo.  I wasn’t sure how the diet version would compare to the true deliciousness of regular Faygo.  Again, for the uninitiated Faygo pop (and no you cannot call it “soda”, as far as I know, it’s the law) is Michigan’s definitive brand of pop.  It comes in so many flavors and all are soooooooooooooo good.

Well, the diet version isn’t quite as delectible as regular Faygo but it’s pretty darn good.

So we are working through the various diet Faygo flavors (sadly not as numerous as regular) to figure out our favorites.  The winners so far are Red Pop (of course), Grape and Orange.

  1. Glad to see you’re back & bubbly!

That bunny would cheer up anyone – they are SO cute…until they’re not. Do you leave nibbles for them or just let them forage?

  2. They have a huge lawn to forage (plus the woods behind us). We have some neighbors who hate them, because they have actual gardens, but we aren’t the gardening types.
