I am a big fan of cobbler. Easy to make, great dessert – with or without ice cream. (But obviously better with).
And almost all cobblers are made with fruit – so you can give yourself a little pat on the back for being all healthy and shit.
But then I found a recipe.
A cobbler without fruit.
A cobbler with CHOCOLATE!!!!!
I have waited far too long without trying this recipe.
It is all I had hoped for – and more.
Easy as any cobbler recipe – but comes out tasting like a brownie!
I’ll admit, it looks a little – uh – “used” but I assure you it’s great – and even better warm with ice cream.
